Sales Account Manager - West Coast

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and execution of robust sales strategies.

The Sales Account Manager will also be tasked with identifying new business opportunities in the oil and gas market while building and maintaining relationships with clients.

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goalsIdentify new business opportunities and potential clients within the oil and gas industryBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retentionManage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and contract closingCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, business development and marketing to drive successful sales initiativesMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvementPrepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clientsResponsible for driving business growth within the US marketProvide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior managementQualificationsThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability requiredBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (MBA preferred)Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales experience in the OEM, turbomachinery and Oil and Gas industryStrong understanding of Oil and Gas market dynamics, trends, and challengesAnalytical and strategic thinking abilities to identify market trends and develop sales strategiesResults-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growthEstablished network in the US Oil and Gas sectorExperience with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office suiteExcellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skillsThe salary range for this position is $160,000 - $180,000 per year and is commensurate with the level of experience.If you are a dedicated, energetic, and high-achieving Sales professional with a proactive "can-do" approach and a keen interest in the Cleantech sector, we would love to hear from you.
