Fixed-term, full-time opportunity available until end of June 2026Hours of work - Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pmSalary between $58,150 and $64,584 per annum pro-rata depending on experienceHealth New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora is firmly grounded in the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and is dedicated to serving all New Zealanders.

Through integration and collaboration, we're building a health system underpinned by partnership, equity, sustainability, whanau-centred care, and excellence.About the roleAs the Digitisation Officer - Preparation, you will effectively produce an accurate digital document of our clinical information and contribute to the smooth running of the Digitisation Service of our clinical records.

You will provide an efficient and timely function that is responsive and flexible to the changing needs of the service which includes file preparation and document management.About the Team / Service / LocationTe Whatu Ora - Southern has the largest geographical coverage of all the New Zealand regions, providing services to 350,000 people in diverse communities.
