About the Role

As Head of Mathematics, you'll guide teaching and learning across Years 7-13, ensuring a high-quality, engaging and future-focused curriculum.

You'll work alongside a committed team, leading curriculum design, assessment, and professional growth - all while supporting great outcomes for students.

Key responsibilities include :

• Leading curriculum planning, assessment, and moderation
• Supporting staff development and collaboration
• Analysing data to drive improvement and celebrate success
• Overseeing budgeting, resources, and faculty operations
• Contributing to school-wide initiatives and strategic goals

About You

You'll be an engaging classroom practitioner with strong curriculum knowledge and a genuine passion for mathematics education.

You'll bring :

• Proven teaching experience with positive student outcomes
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A collaborative, reflective approach to leadership
• Commitment to continuous improvement and school values
• Current New Zealand Teaching Registration
