Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to take on the role of Client Relations Administrator.
This position is ideal for someone who excels at internal client engagement, multitasking, handling administrative duties, and assisting with important client business administration.
Key Responsibilities
7.50am - 5pm Monday to Friday - Based On-Site.
Calling multiple clients daily to book in jobs.
Communicate with clients in a professional and confident manner to schedule appointments and address their needs.
Efficiently manage office tasks, including creating invoices, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
Job Calendar management for trainer technicians.
Handle phone and email enquiries, including securing renewal work with clients.
Collaborate with the team to schedule jobs, update online systems, and ensure all procedures are accurately followed.
Update and maintain the client database, ensuring all information is current and complies with company procedures.

Qualifications
Previous experience in Internal Sales or Sales Support desired but not essential.
Experience reaching out to clients over the phone to secure work.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using online systems and databases.
A willingness to learn new skills and adapt when required.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
This role would suit someone with great people skills, who\'s able to prioritise workflows and effectively engage with clients over the phone to ensure their business stays compliant with H & S standards.
