As the ADN Project Administrator, you will play a crucial role within Alpine of supporting the ADN Principal Contractor with planning, documentation, and delivery of fibre optic network (and related) projects.As our ADN Project Administrator, you will be responsible for :

  • Preparing and maintaining project documentation, reports and presentations.
  • Procurement of goods and services required for project delivery.
  • Preparing meeting agendas, recording minutes and ensuring follow-up on action items with the ADN Principal Contractor and project team
  • Fostering clear and timely communication between all internal and external stakeholders across the fibre optic network projectsWhat you'll need
  • Experience of working within a Telecommunications field or a sound understanding of fibre optic infrastructure.
  • Experience in a project administration or coordinator role.
  • Strong computer skills across the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Familiarity with project management platforms (AdaptiveWork, MS Project).

  • Experience working in a business with many cross functional teams and projects.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety processes and documentation.
