Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Ultrasonic Welds Level 2 NDT Inspector to join our Hamilton team, delivering inspection and consultancy services across a diverse range of industrial clients.
What you will be doing:
- Perform NDT inspections on plant, pressure equipment, and structural components
- Support shutdowns and maintenance projects
- Assess weld integrity, corrosion, and mechanical defects
- Prepare accurate, detailed, compliant reports for clients
- Build strong client relationships and ensure high service delivery
- Maintain compliance with SGS and industry standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ practical NDT experience of UT2 Weld inspection (essential)
- Must have AINDT or PCN Level 2 certifications in the following:UT Welds, MT, PT - essentialUTPA, TOFD, UT Nodes and Nozzles and CWI - highly desirable
- Strong defect interpretation and reporting skills
- High attention to detail and strong safety focus
- Full driver’s licence and willingness to travel to client sites
- Multi-industry or shutdown/project experience
