A leading aged care provider is seeking a passionate and experienced Care Home & Village Manager for a large care home and hospital with an adjoining retirement village in beautiful Rotorua.

The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality care, maintain compliance with health and disability standards, and foster a positive, inclusive team culture.You'll lead a multidisciplinary team, oversee clinical and operational excellence, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a warm, safe, and thriving environment for residents.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee care home and village operations, ensuring quality care and compliance.Lead and develop a high-performing team.Manage budgets, resources, and reporting requirements.Drive resident satisfaction and wellbeing.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support village occupancy.Ensure effective risk management and health & safety practices.Champion continuous improvement and innovation.Skills & ExperienceProven leadership experience in aged care or a similar service-focused environment.Strong financial and operational management skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage complexity and lead change.Passion for caring and commitment to resident wellbeing.Understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and cultural competency.Tertiary qualification in Business Management or Hospitality (preferred).
