Manager Performance Analytics

Overview

As the Manager Performance Analytics, you will lead the delivery of high‑quality reporting, analysis, and insights that drive Westpac NZ’s commercial objectives. In this role, you will evaluate strategies using a deep understanding of customer needs, behaviours, and value to ensure alignment with both customer outcomes and organisational goals. You will establish and monitor performance indicators that inform senior leaders and support strategic decision‑making, while maintaining strong relationships with key business partners across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality reporting, analysis, and insights to support Westpac NZ’s commercial objectives.
• Evaluate strategies using a deep understanding of customer needs, behaviours, and value to align with customer outcomes and organisational goals.
• Establish and monitor performance indicators that inform senior leaders and support strategic decision‑making.
• Maintain strong relationships with key business partners across the organisation.
• Provide planning and best‑practice data management within the portfolio performance team.
• Mentor analysts and foster a culture of analytical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Manage analytics projects from scoping through to delivery, ensuring they align with business priorities.
• Maintain and deliver recurring performance reports as part of BAU activities, ensuring data integrity and relevance for stakeholders.
