Family Lawyer 1 year + PQE

Staley Cardoza Lawyers are looking for a lawyer to join our Family Law Team. You would be working primarily on a range of family law matters including Care of Children Act 2004, Family Violence Act 2018, Family Proceedings Act 1980, Protection Property Rights Act 1988, Oranga Tamariki Act 1989, as well as Property (Relationships) Act 1976 matters.

It would be preferable if you have a minimum of one year's post qualification experience and are a Family Legal Aid Provider. The ideal applicant will be self‑motivated with the ability to work independently (with appropriate supervision), have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to engage confidently and empathetically with clients from all walks of life.
