Join our team as an Ākonga Services Administrator and play a key role in supporting ākonga (students) from their first enquiry through to admission.

Ākonga Success is the primary ākonga support function at Toi Ohomai - dedicated to enhancing the holistic wellbeing, learning experience, and long-term success for ākonga.

• Provide accurate, timely support across enquiries, applications, and enrolments (domestic and international).
• Deliver friendly, student-focused service across multiple channels – in person, phone, and email.
• Maintain and update student records to ensure compliance and data integrity.
• Support Information Centre operations and contribute to process improvements.
• Champion kaupapa Māori values and foster an inclusive, culturally responsive environment.
