Tuatara Taproom is on the lookout for a confident, capable Chef de Partie to join the line. You’ve got at least two years’ experience under your belt and know your way around a fast-paced kitchen. You’re proud of the food you serve, you care about consistency, and you’re not afraid to get stuck in wherever needed. Flexible hours, great team, and a kitchen where growth is encouraged.

Responsibilities

  • Support the kitchen brigade on the food line during service to keep the pace and quality high.
  • Assist with preparing and plating dishes to ensure consistency and presentation standards.
  • Be flexible and ready to take on tasks across the kitchen as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

  • At least two years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role; confidence and capability in kitchen duties.
  • Prides themselves on the food served and a commitment to consistency.
