Retail Store Manager

Blackstone Liquor Limited – Queenstown, South Island

As the Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall performance and profitability of the store, including :

• Managing day-to-day store operations
• Leading, training, and motivating staff
• Maintaining stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
• Ensuring excellent customer service and a safe retail environment
• Handling cash‑ups, banking, and daily reporting
• Ensuring compliance with Liquor Licensing and Health & Safety regulations
