Site Supervisor

Endurance Insulation seeks a Site Supervisor to manage projects by coordinating staff and materials, ensuring budget and timeline adherence, and overseeing regulatory compliance on construction sites.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a keen eye for safety and project standards, though significant prior experience isn't always essential.

Key duties include assisting with planning, reviewing blueprints, managing schedules, and engaging with clients to deliver projects on time and exceed expectations.

About the Role

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing construction sites, coordinating materials and workforce, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Your key responsibilities will include (but not limited to) :

• Assist other stakeholders with project planning and organisation.
• Interpret and review blueprints, codes, and regulations to guide project execution.
• Prepare simple drawing for the project execution to let then team know about it.
• Organise and manage work schedules to maintain smooth operations
• Make sure that the materials and completed work are compliant with project standards and specifications.
• Estimate project costs and determine timelines.
• Engage with clients, contractors, suppliers etc to make sure all the pre-requirements of the projects have been checked and understood completely to avoid any confusion
• Make sure we close the project on time and exceed customer expectations
• Make sure the whole team is trained and proper aligned for the jobs
• Any other relevant duties

Skills and Experience required :

A relevant experience of 6-12 months in the field or a similar role (but not essential).

Keen eye for detail, great attitude, team player and time management.

Strong understanding of safety protocols and adherence to best practices.

Excellent leadership and attitude.

Ability to build rapport and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Outstanding communication, organisational and time management skills.
