Our trained Casual Support Worker team works around the clock to support each Tangata's individual care requirements and daily living.
No qualifications or prior experience are required, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure all Kaiawhina / Support Workers are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need.
Whakangungu l Training
Our paid Kaiawhina Skills Framework training takes place during your first two–four weeks of employment and combines practical training, online self-directed learning, and working with a buddy trainer.
Infection prevention control
Moving and Handling
Medication management
Practical tasks including personal cares, compression therapy, meal preparation etc.

Be intuitive and responsive to people's feelings and needs
Own a smartphone
The right to work in New Zealand
Full / restricted driver's licence
Be available to work every second weekend
Must be willing to drive on gravel roads
