Job descriptionPrepare Pastry fillings and decorating cakes and pastries with cream and icing Develop and test new recipes to expand the menu, including gluten-free, sugar- Bake authentic South Indian snacks with consistency and flavour. Ensure adherence to hygiene and food safety standards at all times. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the baking station and equipment. Manage baking schedules for fresh daily production. Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock ordering and rotation. Support and train junior staff in baking operations as needed. Keep up to date with industry trends and implement innovations into the product
We are looking for a creative Pastry Cook to join our team in Auckland. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a minimum of 30 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours if available. We offer competitive hourly wages ranging from $27 to $30, depending on experience and skills.
