Role Description

This is a field-based role for an HV Industry Electrical Project Supervisor.

The role includes driving high voltage projects from inception to completion, managing teams, ensuring safety compliance, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, overseeing project schedules and budgets, and providing technical guidance.

This role is open to applicants across New Zealand and may be based at any of our workshop locations.

Qualifications

Experience in high voltage (HV) project management and electrical engineering

Strong team management and leadership skills

Proficiency in safety regulations and compliance standards in HV industry

Excellent communication and client coordination skills

Ability to manage project schedules and budgets effectively

Technical expertise in HV systems and providing technical guidance

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
