This is asub-acute care and rehabilitation setting.Workwithin a multidisciplinary team to support older persons rehabilitationand complex geriatric care.Collaborateclosely with acute services at Christchurch Hospital and community teams.Participatein quality improvement initiatives and teaching opportunities.About the Team / ServiceOlder Persons Health (OPH) is recognised for itscomprehensive and high-quality services, including rehabilitation, sub-acutemedical care, stroke services, orthomedicine, surgical medicine, and communitygeriatric medicine.

You will bring : Vocationallyregistered (or eligible for registration) with the Medical Council ofNew Zealand (MCNZ) as a Geriatrician / Physician (find out morehere ).
