Overview

Territory Sales Manager Relief – Christchurch, NZ (Fixed term until Nov 2026) for Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) in the Away from Home team. You’ll be the face of CCEP within your territory, providing exceptional customer service, visiting customers on a regular call cycle, and driving growth within each store while covering multiple colleagues’ patches when they are on leave or unwell.

Responsibilities

  • Increase sales volume and ranging, ensuring stores are well executed.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with customers to grow their business and CCEP’s results.
  • Identify new opportunities and focus on new business acquisition.
  • Use a strategic, forward-thinking selling approach to understand customer needs and deliver exceptional results for both customers and CCEP.
  • Collaborate with the wider team and support your patches while on leave or absence coverage.

About You / Qualifications

  • Energy, motivation, and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing demands and be well planned and efficient in your approach.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a variety of customers; experience in sales and customer service is required.
  • FMCG experience is not required, but is a bonus.
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing to team success.
