About the Role

We're the squad that keeps ASB's core finance and procurement systems running smoothly. From day-to-day support to working on complex and interesting problems, we're here to make sure the tools our finance teams rely on are reliable, scalable, and continuously improving. You will be part of a small, autonomous team where your voice matters and your ideas help shape how we work.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting and analysing business applications
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure
  • Improving and scaling processes
  • Automating routine support tasks
  • Setting up monitoring, alerting, and reporting
  • Managing and implementing certificates
  • Mentoring to grow team capability
  • Providing after-hours support when needed

Qualifications

  • Cloud Platform experience (e.g., Azure, AWS, Oracle, Google)
  • Experience working with SaaS products at an enterprise level
  • Experience with on-prem products
  • Working knowledge of system-to-system integration technologies (e.g., APIs, SFTP, SQL transformation)
  • Experience working in Agile
  • Linux and Windows server administration
  • In addition, any of the following would be a plus :

  • Comfortable working in a highly regulatory environment
  • 2-4 years' Oracle OIC administration
  • Finance domain knowledge
  • Experience with test automation tooling and techniques
  • Experience with Planning Analytics (TM1)
  • Working for ASB
