  • About the Role
  • Reporting to the Branch Manager, you'll be involved in both
  • front counter service
  • and back of
  • store operations
  • You'll be the face of

  • TWL
  • to our customers while also keeping things humming behind the scenes.
  • Your day will include :
  • Serving customers in person, by phone, and online
  • Picking, packing, and dispatching orders accurately and efficiently
  • Receiving goods, data entry into inventory system, and stock control
  • Maintaining tidy, well-presented product displays
  • Processing sales and preparing required documentation and invoicing
  • Supporting stocktakes and cyclic counts
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and safe work practices
  • Proactively calling customers to ensure they're happy and offer assistance where needed
  • What You'll Bring
  • Experience in automotive or heavy transport parts
  • (preferred)
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong attention to detail and good computer skills
  • Physically fit and happy to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
  • Great communication and a team player mindset
