About This Team
The Community team owns the community strategy : relationship management, product seeding, activations, and campaign activity across our store fleet. The team works with Events, Community, and Sports Marketing partners to build meaningful local relationships and support our diversity & inclusion commitments.
A Day In The Life
- Execute events and activations, managing budgets and strategic execution.
- Coach and coordinate stores on community excellence, including community budgets (product seeding, engagement, activations).
- Partner with Community Manager, Regional Manager, and Store Managers to support the Ambassador journey (selection, onboarding, engagement, off‑boarding) ensuring inclusivity.
- Maintain close relationships with store teams through visits, meetings, and ambassador connects.
- Advise on Community Initiatives Fund and Store Local Events.
- Partner with Store Managers for community strategy during openings and optimizations.
- Filter and present partnership opportunities to the Sports Marketing lead.
- Enroll store teams in Center for Social Impact, Brand campaigns, and Cultural Awareness Days.
- Support Community Wellbeing Partners within activations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional partners.
- Work with AU Talent Acquisition, AU Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Action (IDEA) teams.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree preferred.2+ years of experience building connections / relationships for a brand.Proven success creating and executing community plans and tactics.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Committed to inclusion, diversity, and equity principles.Must Haves
