About the Role Provide specialist care for older inpatients at Burwood Hospital.

This is a sub-acute care and rehabilitation setting.

Provision of general Geriatrics outpatient clinic Work within a multidisciplinary team to support older persons rehabilitation and complex geriatric care.

Collaborate closely with acute services at Christchurch Hospital and community teams.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and teaching opportunities.
