Spa Manager

Blanket Bay is a seventeen-room luxury lodge that caters to the most discerning clientele. We are proud Relais & Châteaux members and we strive to be the best in all that we do and are passionate about creating world class experiences.

If exceptional service is your passion and you have a proven track record in managing and providing world class spa treatments we are keen to talk with you. We are looking to recruit a full time Spa Manager at our property located in Glenorchy, 40 minutes from Queenstown.

We are looking for someone who is excited about the opportunity to live in Glenorchy and is able to make a long term commitment to the position.

Responsibilities

• Managing the lodge’s in‑house spa, ensuring spa services are available seven days per week
• Recruiting and training a second therapist for additional treatments and to cover the Spa Manager’s days off
• Creating a spa menu that best aligns with our guest requirements
• Managing and maintaining the spa therapy suites and linen
• Sourcing and promoting a suitable product range
• Overseeing the day‑to‑day operation of the spa ensuring a level of service that is commensurate with the lodge’s overall standard
