Job Description
The Enterprise Solutions Consultants lead the proactive identification of enterprise needs and opportunities for new technology capabilities for the Department. It is customer-focused and takes full ownership of the end-to-end establishment process, from idea discovery through to delivery, and ensuring solutions are well-targeted, financially viable, and ready for adoption.
Working closely with stakeholders, Digital Services, and under the strategic direction of the Government Chief Digital Officer (GCDO), the role drives collaboration to shape and deliver initiatives that align with organisational priorities. It leads the development of business cases, including cost modelling and value analysis, and secures buy-in by clearly demonstrating the strategic and economic benefits of proposed capabilities.
Working alongside the Manager Strategy & Engagement, this role will be responsible for shaping, establishing, and launching a new capability, requiring the successful candidate to quickly build credibility, demonstrate a strong initiation and delivery mindset, and be visibly committed to generating real business value for the department.

The branch supports and enables agencies and Te Tari through providing strategy, advice, and delivery to progress modern and adaptive public services.
