ABOUT THE ROLE | Te tūranga mahi

We are seeking a Lead Test Analyst to join our Digital Technology team. In this role, you will ensure the quality and reliability of software applications within our IT environment through comprehensive testing activities. You will plan, design, and execute functional and automated testing across web applications, APIs, and various software systems. While the focus is on manual testing, you will also help us progress towards automation and maintain high standards of software quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute comprehensive manual testing across multiple platforms and applications
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to clarify requirements and resolve defects
• Design and maintain test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure coverage and quality
• Perform API and integration testing to validate system interoperability
• Support transition towards automated testing frameworks and tools
• Provide clear reporting on test progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders
