Job description

Join Onside as a Junior Software Tester to support testing of web and mobile applications in a fast-growing agtech SaaS company.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing :

  • Support the testing of new and existing features across web and mobile applications
  • Execute test cases, document results, and help identify and track defects
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure high-quality releases
  • Assist in regression testing and verifying bug fixes
  • Contribute to improving testing processes, documentation, and overall product quality
  • Stay curious about new testing tools and practices to enhance efficiency and reliability

About You

The company is looking for :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or relevant practical experience
  • Understanding of software development or testing fundamentals
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving
  • Willingness to learn, ask questions, and collaborate with others
  • Interest in quality assurance, test techniques, or user experience
  • Current New Zealand work rights and recent graduate or nearing completion of studies
