The Role

We are seeking an exceptional Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring the building’s interior and exterior areas, amenities, and communal spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections, repairs, and general maintenance across the development.
• Prepare apartments for new residents.
• Maintain communal areas and amenities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
