Formwork Carpenters

Lanyon & Le Compte Precast is currently seeking Formwork Carpenters to join our manufacturing site in Christchurch. This is a full-time position (minimum 40 hours per week) with opportunities for overtime.

Hourly Rate : $30–$32 per hour (depending on experience)

The Role

• Production of precast concrete panels, stairs, and other concrete products, including in-situ concrete work
• Reading and interpreting building plans and technical drawings.
• Working collaboratively with a team of skilled tradespeople to deliver high-quality projects on schedule.
• Ensuring full compliance with all workplace health, safety, and building regulations.

About You

We are seeking applicants with the following :

formwork for precast concrete units, in-situ concrete work, and / or steel fixing.

Applicants must have New Zealand residency or a valid New Zealand work visa.
