About the roleAbout the role – As a Full-time Soft Wash / Exterior Building Wash Technician at Blast-Off Services, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality exterior building wash and supported services to our diverse range of commercial and domestic clients across Auckland.

This is a hands-on, physically demanding role that plays a crucial part in maintaining the professional appearance of our clients' properties.What you'll be doingSafely operate specialised equipment to soft wash and clean the exterior of commercial buildings, including windows, walls, gutters, roofs, driveways and other surfacesPrepare cleaning solutions and maintain eco-efficient equipment to ensure optimal performanceAdhere to strict safety protocols and quality standards to deliver flawless results for our clientsWork efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on time and to a high standardProvide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clientsMaintain detailed records and documentation as requiredFollow strict health and safety protocols, including OSH and working at Heights guidelinesWhat we're looking forDemonstrated experience in a similar exterior building cleaning or a maintenance roleProficiency in operating specialised cleaning equipment and familiarity with safe handling of cleaning solutionsStrong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workExcellent time management and problem-solving skillsGood physical fitness, injury free and the ability to work at heightsA positive, team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skillsClean Ministry of Justice recordLegally entitled to work in New Zealand with the ability to speak fluent EnglishMechanical aptitude for operating and maintaining equipmentWillingness to work the occasional weekendFull, clean New Zealand drivers licenceWhat we offerAt Blast Off Services, we value our employees and strive to provide a supportive and rewarding work environment.
