ACFR is seeking an exceptionally organised and proactive dedicated Administrator to provide essential operational support for the Centre. This is a dynamic and varied position where your strong self‑management skills and high level of professionalism will directly contribute to the success and strategic advancement of ACFR. This role is a part‑time, hourly‑paid position.
ACFR Administrator will play a key role in managing the Centre's day‑to‑day operations and high‑profile events, reporting directly to the Director of the ACFR.
Key Responsibilities of the ACFR Administrator include :
ACFR Administrator will be a key contact for high‑profile external stakeholders, including international academics and industry partners, representing the ACFR and AUT.
To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate the ability to prioritise a diverse range of tasks in a timely and efficient manner, managing a varied workload that fluctuates with the events calendar.
