Customer Services Representative

CARTERS Whangarei has an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join their busy Yard team. This physical role involves picking and packing orders, and operating a fork lift to load product onto delivery trucks.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and pride themselves on exceptional service and delivery to our customers in a timely, professional, and safe manner. With your high energy and can-do attitude, you can expect to :

• Load and unload building materials either with a forklift or manual handling
• Carry out customer deliveries efficiently and on time and in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Pick and assemble customer orders.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers on and off site.
