Role Overview

The Food & Beverage Operations Manager is responsible for leading and managing all food and beverage operations at Sherwood, specifically its acclaimed Two-Hat signature restaurant and event spaces.

This role demands exceptional leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, financial performance, compliance, and team development to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency in a dynamic, high-standard environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily operations across all food and beverage outlets, ensuring seamless service and adherence to quality standards.

Drive financial performance by monitoring budgets, controlling costs, and implementing strategies to maximize revenue.

Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, health and safety regulations, and company policies.

Develop and mentor the team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Enhance guest experience through proactive service standards, prompt feedback resolution, and innovative offerings.

Collaborate with sales and marketing to promote events, seasonal menus, and special initiatives that grow business opportunities.

What We Are Looking For

Proven experience managing food and beverage operations in a high-volume, premium hospitality environment.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.

Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting.

Solid financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue analysis.

Knowledge of industry trends, compliance requirements, and best practices.

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, with a valid Manager's Certificate.
