You will partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to deliver proactive and reactive communications that support our strategy and connect meaningfully with farmers, employees, the New Zealand public and other key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute internal and external communications plans for key projects.

Craft engaging content across channels, aligned with strategic priorities.

Support senior leaders with profile-building, including social media and media engagement.

Contribute to financial results communications and other corporate announcements.

Identify and mitigate reputational risks in alignment with governance frameworks.

Qualifications

A tertiary qualification in communications, journalism or a related field.

5+ years' experience in corporate communications or a similar role.

Excellent writing skills and a sharp eye for detail.

Strong influencing and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity.

Digital savvy and the ability to interpret insights to inform communications.

A team-first attitude and a genuine desire to contribute to shared success.
