Role Responsibilities :

• Supporting experienced field crews on real world projects.
• Getting hands on with tools, machinery, and technical drawings.
• Learning how to plan, scope, and deliver infrastructure jobs safely and efficiently.
• Contributing ideas and solutions you won’t be just "the new guy".
• Making sure all work and gear meets top safety and quality standards.
• Interacting with a wide range of people from engineers and contractors to customers and council teams.
