We are looking for an excellent leader who is caring and enthusiastic about learning to join our amazing senior team at Hiwinui School with the possibility of team leader unit(s) for the right person.

Qualifications

An experienced NZ registered teacher, currently living in New Zealand

Current registration with the Teaching Council of Aotearoa New Zealand

Someone with recent school leadership responsibilities and mentoring skills an advantage

Strengths in literacy and mathematics

Someone who will embrace our "Reach your Peak" values

An inspiring educator who can motivate and support staff in their team and across the school to raise student achievement levels

Ability to work collaboratively with the others

We have a very friendly staff in a highly supportive environment

Our school is extremely well resourced and we work in a collaborative way with staff professional development seen as a priority.
