Molecular Biologist

Job descriptionEvaluate the capabilities of AI models in the field of biology. Test models' understanding of potential failures in biological research protocols. Identify ways to mitigate issues in biological research methodologies. Collaborate with AI labs to develop a state-of-the-art benchmark for model evaluation. Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines and contribute to AI model performance improvement. Current Ph.D. student or higher degree (e.g., Postdoctoral Fellow, Research Scientist) in Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Bioengineering, Immunology, or a related field. 2+ years of wet lab experience. Extensive familiarity with research methods / protocols. Exceptional attention to detail and rigorous problem-solving skills. Excel in both written and verbal communication. Experience in AI model evaluation in biological contexts. Familiarity with AI-generated content in scientific research.
