Position
We are seeking a collaborative, experienced Project Coordinator to join our Improvement and Digital team on a full‑time permanent basis. Preference is Wellington‑based, but we welcome all qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
In this exciting new role, you will support the Senior Project Manager to establish a culture of delivery and transparency throughout the organisation, with a particular focus on supporting key stakeholders throughout a project’s lifecycle.
You’ll have a high level of autonomy and the chance to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure that they can get the information they need. This role involves coordinating various tasks, such as preparing meeting agendas and taking notes, and developing action plans (including resources, timeframes and budgets) for projects.
This is a growth opportunity – if you have the desire to learn and develop in a safe, supportive environment, you can step into a Project Manager role in the future.
Qualifications
Our ideal applicant will be organised and efficient with strong client‑facing and teamwork skills. You’ll thrive on engaging with a wide variety of stakeholders and have the confidence to support others to drive projects forward. Your familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control will also ensure that you thrive in this role.
