About the role :

We have a fantastic opportunity for anentry level Aluminium Fabricator to join our team in Highbrook.

We are looking for a candidate with a positive attitude andsomewindow and door experience.

You will be responsible for fabricating quality aluminium joinery and will be assisting with all aspects of the fabrication and factory processes.

Your responsibilities will involve :

Cutting, machining, assembly, fixing liners, fixing hardware and glazing

Checking and maintaining of equipment and tools

Setting up and maintaining a tidy and productive work area

Follow Job Sheets and work within agreed time frames

About you :

Our ideal candidate is someone that is a team player, has a willingness to show diligence, and demonstrates the capability of producing quality product for our customers.

Your existing joinery fabrication knowledge should be extensive - you'll be completing a variety of fabrication tasks.

To be successful in this role, you must have :

A minimum of 3 years' experience in aluminium joinery fabrication

High attention to detail and ability to reach high levels of productivity

A work history which demonstrates proven reliability and commitment

Good level of fitness as the role can be physically demanding

Strong communication and people skills

Willingness to take on responsibility and displaying exceptional diligence and reliability

Be a health and safety champion and lead by example

You are someone who takes pride and ownership in their work.

Clear communication and great time management skills are the keys to success.

This role does involve some heavy lifting, so you'll need to be physically fit.
