  • Reporting to the Supervisor / Area Manager, the Power Technician will be at the forefront of delivering expert-level support for protection systems, SCADA maintenance, and installations.

    • Your work will directly support the reliability and performance of our Distribution clients, keeping communities safe, connected, and moving forward.This is your opportunity to collaborate with a skilled, supportive team on innovative infrastructure projects that power New Zealand.

  • Nga pukenga matua | Important Skills
  • Relevant EWRB Electrical Registration and current Practising licenceHands-on experience in power systems and electrical protection work to industry standards.Full NZ Class 1 Driver's LicenseDemonstrable experience in commissioning, testing and maintenance of High Voltage protection system / schemes and installation, substation plant and systems and HV and LV plant and assetsExperience with maintenance and installation of SCADA and communication equipment preferredIndustry-related experience
