Are you a seasoned Business Analyst with deep expertise in order-to-cash processes and enterprise systems? EROAD is seeking a strategic BA to join our Enterprise Systems team and play a key role in our global Salesforce transformation. While prior Salesforce experience is a bonus, it’s not required — what matters most is your ability to analyze complex business problems, design scalable solutions, and bring clarity to cross‑functional delivery. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud while driving meaningful change across our ERP and CRM landscape.

About the Role

• Lead the discovery, documentation, and delivery of scalable solutions that support our Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementation.
• Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Customer Success to translate business needs into actionable insights and robust system designs.
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement across ERP, CRM, and quote-to-cash processes.
• Define and validate functional requirements, ensuring alignment with business value and technical feasibility.
• Triage and manage user requests via Jira, troubleshoot issues, and guide resolution paths.
• Facilitate UAT planning and execution, ensuring solutions meet business expectations.
• Support change management, training, and adoption strategies to maximize impact.
• Provide continuous feedback and status updates to stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Operate within SAFe / Agile frameworks, driving agile maturity and delivery excellence.
