The Role
We're looking for a UX / UI Designer to join our design team and help shape the future of our safety compliance platforms. Your focus will be on crafting beautiful, usable, and scalable interfaces — from component-driven layouts and design systems to animations and prototypes that bring ideas to life—working on everything from mobile apps to web dashboards used by thousands of professionals daily.

This is a hands‑on, creative role for someone who loves turning ideas into polished, purposeful experiences, either from scratch or from lo‑fi concepts.
What You’ll Do
- Design elegant web and mobile interfaces using Figma.
- Turn low‑fidelity concepts into high‑quality interactive prototypes for user testing.
- Contribute to and expand our Design System , ensuring consistency and scalability
- Create or refine iconography and micro‑interactions to delight and inform.
- Collaborate closely with other designers, product managers, and engineers.
- Elevate our visual language across typography, colour, and layout.
- Stay curious about user insights and design trends to keep refining your craft
What We’re Looking For
1-2 years of hands‑on digital product design (UX / UI design for web and mobile apps).Figma native with strong proficiency in modern design tools.Detail‑oriented with excellent attention to space, alignment, and consistency.Strong portfolio showcasing digital products with a focus on interaction and visual design .Pixel‑perfect execution balanced with pragmatism when working within project constraints.Experience in prototyping for user testing or proof of concept.Best practices and user‑insights driven approach to problem‑solving.Collaborative team player who thrives in cross‑functional environments. No solo‑lay‑wers please.Self‑driven when it comes to professional development and learning about the H&S domain we operate in.Bonus Points
Motion graphics, animation, or illustration.Experience in SaaS or startup environments.Have built or contributed to design systems before.Curiosity about AI and automation in the design process.Experience with user testing and design validation methods.What’s In It For You
