Store Manager - Tawa

Store Manager - Tawa | Wellington.

Salary :

$65–66k per annum + KiwiSaver

Bonus :

Monthly incentives based on store performance

Roster :

Tuesday–Saturday, 40 hours per week

Support :

Lead a team of 6, including an Assistant Manager & Inventory Controller.

This role reports directly to the National Retail Manager.

What we're looking for

Proven retail management experience (outlet experience is a bonus)

Strong background in retail operations with a focus on delivering exceptional service

KPI-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team

A hands-on leader who can balance sales, service, and operational excellence
