  • We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist who will be responsible for senior level technical support and campaign design consultancy to the Customer Engagement Channel team, and other internal and external stakeholders.

Initial focus is Adobe Marketo Engage and Atomic.io, however other channels are supported via BNZ's Decisioning Engine.Here at BNZ we embrace flexible working, have a strong focus on career development and progression, as well as a range of great benefits, including 6 weeks annual leave!

  • We sat down with our current Head of Customer Engagement Channels, they let us know the below about the role :
  • Guidance and consultancy on complex campaign briefs, Next Best Conversations or new channel initiatives
  • Building, testing and deploying customer communication as required, with a lead role in peer review and QA of customer communication prior to deployment.
  • Subject matter expert for Marketo, managing platform administration and working with Customer Engagement Development team and Technology on the set up, testing and monitoring of data integrations
  • Platform Database Management and Data Governance, ensuring data entering Marketo and other managed channels supports ongoing campaign and reporting initiatives.
  • Work with other channel platforms as required, to deliver omni-channel, personalised customer communications.The team is supportive and open, working collaboratively to create an environment where we can continually develop.

  • 5+ years' experience in a data-driven marketing comms role or similar
  • 3+ years using Marketing Automation Platforms in an advanced / admin capacity, preferably Marketo
  • Ability to manage multiple activities, priorities, and conflicting deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.This is an exciting opportunityto join us!
