Civil Labourer / Operator – Formwork

We are recruiting for a small, family-owned civil construction company based in North Auckland, and we're looking for an experienced Civil Labourer to join our tight-knit team.

What You'll Be Doing :

Assisting with the construction of retaining walls and general civil works

Formwork carpentry and concrete preparation

Operating machinery including diggers – confident finishing skills essential

Supporting the crew with a range of site tasks to get the job done

What We're Looking For :

Experience in formwork and civil construction

Class 2 driver licence

WTR endorsement (Wheels, Tracks, Rollers)

Reliable, team-focused, and happy to muck in wherever needed

North / West Auckland based (work largely across North Auckland)

$26–$30 per hour (depending on experience)
