What you'll do | Hei mahi

• Deliver Efficient Checkout Service : Accurately scan and pack orders, minimise wait times, and handle refunds courteously.
• Engage and Resolve Customer Needs : Create positive customer interactions, respond to queries, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Support Cash Management : Assist with cash office activities including banking, reconciliations, and investigating variances.
• Maintain Store Standards & Safety : Ensure store areas are clean, organised, uphold uniform standards, and prioritise safety protocols.
• Contribute to Service Improvement : Provide feedback and ideas to enhance the overall customer experience.
