We are searching for a Recruitment Advisor at a highly-regarded educational institution in Wellington.
This full-time onsite generalist role involves the complete employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment – From identifying staffing needs to sourcing, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding candidates.
HR Compliance & Child Safety – Maintain police vetting schedules and ensure child safety and working-with-children requirements are met.
System & Process Management – Onboard new staff, maintain records in the HRIS software (Citation), and manage other HR schedules.
Payroll Support – Gain familiarity with the payroll system to ensure a seamless fortnightly process.
What Will Make You Stand Out?
While we're looking for around three years of combined recruitment and generalist HR experience, team fit and attitude are most important.
We value individuals who are tech-savvy, proactive, can rapidly pick up new systems and processes, and contribute to a positive, supportive culture.
Expertise in child safety checks, police vetting processes, and experience with HRIS software Citation is a definite plus.
A sense of humour is a must.
Qualifications & Education
Secondary School / High School education (or equivalent).
Minimum three years of combined recruitment and HR generalist experience.
