What you'll doOversee fiduciary services for high-profile international clientele.Deliver comprehensive trust and corporate administration services to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing complex trust and corporate structures with expert guidance.Drive business development through proactive engagement with referrers, intermediaries, and prospects; support marketing initiatives.Lead and mentor staff to meet company goals while ensuring excellence in client service and regulatory compliance.Oversee or coordinate the drafting of key documents such as trust deeds, letters of wishes, and resolutions.Ensure compliance in client onboarding, due diligence collection, transaction processing, and periodic file reviews.Maintain accurate client data within internal systems to support informed decision-making.Manage revenue-related activities, including invoicing, fee collection, and financial oversight.Support strategic planning and implementation at both local and group levels.Hold directorships or other corporate positions for group or client entities as required.
What you bringAt least 10 years' experience in fiduciary services, ideally within a trustee company, private bank, or accounting firm.Proven leadership skills and team development in a goal-driven environment.Expert knowledge of trust law, trust and corporate administration.Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity to build global client relationships.A history of cultivating key business relationships with strategic engagement.A client-centric approach backed by a commitment to high service standards.Experience in family-owned, entrepreneurial environments.High integrity and discretion in handling confidential matters.Proficiency with client management systems and administrative tools.Excellent written and spoken English.A relevant professional qualification (e.g., STEP, accounting, law, or finance).
