About the role

We have an exciting Branch Manager position available, leading a small, experienced team. You'll play a key role, shaping and executing strategies to drive growth and achieve targets, all while supporting and mentoring your team along the way. This is a Monday to Friday role, 8 : 30AM - 5PM, based in the heart of Whanganui.

To be successful in this role

We're looking for someone who can lead and support their team while keeping customers at the centre of everything you do. You'll help the team succeed through guidance and coaching and keep day to day operations running smoothly. You'll also work closely with other branches and regional leadership to support business-wide goals. You will ideally have :
