YOUR ROLE We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead pricing strategy, contract negotiations, tender management, and service delivery oversight.
This pivotal role will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to drive profitability, ensure commercial discipline, and deliver exceptional value to our customers.
Your main responsibilities will include the following : Lead pricing strategy, governance, and updates in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
Analyse commercial data to inform decisions and develop transparent pricing approaches.
Negotiate new customer contracts and renewals, ensuring agreements are commercially sound and compliant.
Manage end-to-end tender processes, ensuring timely, high-quality, and competitive submissions.
Provide oversight and leadership to the Contracts Specialist and biomedical service team.
Develop KPIs, reporting frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives across commercial systems and processes.
Deliver insights and reporting to support strategic planning and decision-making.
ABOUT YOU Proven expertise in contract negotiation, tender leadership, and pricing management.
Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or a regulated industry.
Strong leadership experience, ideally managing technical or service delivery teams.
Exceptional commercial acumen, financial analysis, and strategic planning skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency with MS Office, CRM systems, and financial analysis tools.
Understanding of compliance, regulatory, and quality standards in healthcare.
