Liquor Manager

Within this role it will include one weekend day and early morning starts.

Key Responsibilities :

• Managing the daily operations of the liquor department
• Maintain a high standard in merchandising, presentation and product availability
• Rostering and staff scheduling
• Building strong relationships with suppliers and team members
• Manage stock ordering, promotional planning and inventory control
• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge

About You :

To be successful in this role, you will have :

Experience with SAP will be an advantage

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail

A good understanding of financial KPIs

Strong communication skills across all levels of the organisation

Great attention to detail and the ability to take initiative

Excellent computer skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset

Exceptional organisation, presentation and planning skills

Hours :

Full-time.

Days and Hours will be discussed during the interview.
